Sample Audio CDR Duplication Prices Per Unit

Price includes the disc (We use only high quality audio rated discs, cheaper discs have proven to fail in various players) jewel case, and a simple print on disc in B&W, i.e. Title, Artist, song list and copyright using the Rimage Thermal Printer. Additional lines and setup are extra. We will also duplicated CDs without the jewel case for $0.20 less per disc. Please call for complete pricing to suit your needs - very short discs can be done as low as $0.89 each or less for larger quantities.

As you can see, CDs are now cheaper to run than tape. This is due to the fact that it is easier to do than tape which requires more than a little knowledge to run properly.

DVD Duplication prices

includes a box and a text print on the disc or a text label on the tape - VHS duplication are x 2 in every category. VHS tapes cost 3x what a DVD disc costs and are duplicated in real time.

Labels

Label set up for printing on our Signature III Printer or Rimage Thermal Printer is $5.00 (minimum) More than 100 units no set up fee for a simple label

We print directly on disc in B&W or color. Full color prints are $0.75 per disc, simple prints of text are $0.025 per line. This is inkjet printing at 600 - 1200 dpi. We can also print in black, red, green or blue with our 300dpi thermal printer. The thermal printer can also print solid graphic designs but is not high enough resolution for photos. Very nice designs can be made that will work on the Thermal Printer. Gradations and photos will not work, but any shape can be used.

Insert printing prices are quite complicated due to the large number of possible needs. Please call for pricing. Usually a simple tray card and single page insert set can be done for about $1.00 a disc plus set up fees. We can take artwork generated on computer or do scans for you. Computer artwork is best sent in as Photoshop (psd), TIFF or JPEG. This eliminates the need to send fonts. Put all graphic art at 300dpi for best results. It is also best to let photoshop imbed a color profile for your art. (done in the color settings preferences in Photoshop - consult your manual) (we are Macintosh based - so artwork from PC should be bitmapped) The Phaser 840 prints in vivid deep colors as it is uses an offset type technology that melds the colors together. The ink is permanent and not water soluble. Typically we can print inserts cheaper than can be done on an inkjet printer at home.
