CWA panels in MP3 format are $4/panel, shipping is free, if you live in Colorado sales tax will be added.

CWA panels on Audio CDs (one per disc) are $6/panel (1-5) and $5/panel (6 or more)

On the left will be a blank amount field, enter the total amount there. Underneath enter your zip code and the tax will be added automatically. Then sign in or click the link ' Don't Have a Paypal Account?'
